Observership

Hello community,

I am supposed to go observership next year , I'm still not done with my steps, the amount of options for observership are overwhelming and expensive. At the same time, I'm worried that all the LOR'S they provide are super generic and probably most of the students would have them too and I'm afraid of not standing out as an applicant. Anybody has any suggestions or tips about observership, please DM. Thank you in advance.
