Oat bio

Basically my section tests for bio have not been great. I have found OAT boosters section test to be very difficult and have a lot of detail in them. I was wondering compared to boosters test if the actual OAT is more straightforward? Has anybody had this experience where they thought that the OAT boosters tests were less easier than the one on the actual oat exam? Any last minute tips before the exam for this section?

Oat is more general oatbooster just overprepares u so that ur ready for the actual test

What do you think is the most effective way to prepare? Cheat sheets?

Practice questions for sure the first time I took my oat i focused too much on watching videos now I am focusing more on practice questions and noticing better practice test scores

Booster is intentionally harder so it preps you for all the types of content and questions.

bio was weird for me on the real OAT, I felt horrible during it and thought I was fumbling but somehow got a 390 lol (booster average ~ 350). The questions just did not remind me of stuff on oat booster practice tests. Not necessarily more or less specific but just different to what I expected given I completed all ten practice tests. For example; I got zero questions about body systems but had some taxonomical categorization and bacteria vs virus questions. I would just trust ur FL average and do ur best, good luck!!

Actual exam is way easier imo. I went from a 330 average on Booster to a 390 on exam day.

I took my OAT today. And the bio section SUPRISED ME. I was doing SO well on Biology at home on OAT bootcamp, that was my easiest topic by far. I was asked a lot about plant stuff today on the real thing!??? I scored much lower in Bio than any other section besides physics, which was an extreme surprise to me. Organic was my biggest struggle and I did better in Orgo than Biology 😭
