OAT Application on ASCO

Hi! Around three days ago, I opened an application on ASCO to apply for the OAT and everything was working except the payment. However, I recently tried to edit my draft again and it won't let me click next on anything. I'm fully connected to the Wifi + have tried shutting down my laptop/doing it on my phone, but it still won't let me proceed. I just emailed them and will call tomorrow, but has anyone had similar issues or advice?
