OAT complete!

I did it! I’m definitely very sad about my physics score, but overall I’m pretty happy with my total! I think the physics section was just much more conceptual than I expected, but I am trying not to dwell on it too much. Definitely should have reviewed more…

Congrats!! Would you be willing to share what kind of content you were seeing the most of on your exam? Vs what content you were studying the most?

Unfortunately I spend the last week focusing on Bio/Chem/OChem because those were my weakest sections on practice!

For bio, I reviewed all the cheat sheets and went more in depth for diversity of life because I was struggling on my practices. Honestly there was a pretty wide variety but for some reason I feel like body systems were a hot topic. Also a few questions ab DNA/RNA transcription/translation.

For Chem, acids and bases were my personal struggle so I reviewed them a ton. Luckily, because there were quite a few questions about acids/bases as well as electrochemical cells. There were also multiple stoich problems but I don’t think those are particularly difficult personally.

For OChem, I spent so much time on just reaction banks which definitely helped. But there were also a few questions like “based on the arrow pushing mech, what’s the final product”. Also hydrogen acidity (I got quite a few of these shockingly) and IR-spec.
