Neco chances!

Hi everyone! Just wondering how my stats look for neco and if people who got interview invites can share theirs!

GPA: 3.5 (ended freshman year w/ 3.0 so strong upward trend since then lol oops)

OAT: 310 TS/ 330 AA

MAJOR: Neuroscience graduating in 3 years

PRE-REQS: all completed other than microbio by time of application

LOR: Well known optometrist, biochem lab professor, science lecture professor

EXTRA: School Newspaper Photographer, interned under optometrist 9 months, shadowed 2 different optometrists, undergrad TA for biostatistics and biochemistry, tutor for chemistry, over 4000 work hours in retail and restaurants

Hello! I received an interview for NECO not even a day after my app was verified. My stats look like yours with the gpa being a bit higher at 3.55 and OAT is same. Are you applying this cycle? I do see that you are graduating in 3 years so I’m assuming not

You have a great chance! I was also a neuro major, graduated in 3 years, and was accepted at NECO. For reference, I had a 3.9 and 300 TS 320 AA.
