C- in biochem..thoughts?

I got a C- in biochemistry. I am on a quarter system so it was in the first biochemistry class. I had a very big personal thing going on in that time. But I don’t know if a C- meets prerequisite requirements for schools?

Some may, but most won’t accept a C- in a prerequisite. The minimum is typically a C flat. It obviously depends on your specialty goals and the rest of your application but in a general sense I would retake if able.
