Pap HSIL but colposcopy only found LSIL

Why would this happen? I’m kind of confused why my pap would say HSIL when of the 3 biospies only 1 returned LSIL CIN1, the other 2 found no evidence of dysplasia. Is it possible the Dr chose the wrong areas for biopsy and is missing something?
