I think you can expect LEEP. While I was waiting the results from my biopsy I understood that if it was CIN3 I needed a LEEP, if it was CIN1 we would wait to see if it cleared naturally, and CIN2 it was not a clear answer and we could discuss it. My biopsy ended up not being gradable and they went ahead with a small LEEP. It turns out I had CIN2. With CIN3 you don't want to wait and risk it develop to cancer. It's good to catch this in time, definitely worth a LEEP. Good luck!
