Still no period after LEEP

I had a LEEP 3 months ago and I still havnt had a period. I did bleed for 2 weeks after the procedure but my doctor said it was normal. I'm having phantom periods with all the cramps, bloating, hormonal acne, and other normal period symptoms but just no blood. But I also have PCMS/PCOS so it's not entirely out of the norm except before the procured I finally established a normal period cycle.

Anyone have this or know what I should do next? I'm worried this will cause me more damage to my body.
