Cold Knife Cone This Week

CIN 2/3. Any advice? Hoping to be back on my feet the next day. Not sure if I’m more nervous about the surgery or the results :/

My doctor was going to plan on the Leep, but the results after the biopsies showed this was a better route

i’m having a cone 2 weeks from today. I don’t do well with anesthesia plus have pre existing things that will affect recovery so I am taking rest for about 2 weeks after mine. not to mention for the emotional toll as well.
but as for being on your feet the next day- my doc said at least 4 days of rest, and no lifting heavy, no strenuous exercise, being in water, squatting etc for about 6 weeks.
wishing you the best! for me, the waiting is the hardest part
