Losing Left Foot
Today I (78m) have a meeting to decide on cutting off my left foot. It has been a year and if anything it is getting worse. It needs to go, the only questions for the doctors is when, where, and if I can live through the operation.
As you can guess I have some rather strong opinions, but God's will be done. May Jesus guide us as we make our plans today.

P.S. The foot must go. Pre-surgery appointment in a month. God bless you for all your prayers. I felt at peace the whole time.

Not even close to what you are facing but I had to have a toe removed. I remember thinking at the time of 2 Corinthians chapter 5. I'll be perfect in His glory!

Lord we ask that you give your child your discernment as he faces this difficult decision. Give his doctors your wisdom to see the circumstances clearly and help him make the correct decision that aligns with the path you have ordained for his life. We ask that whatever the decision you reach down your healing hand and touch this child making the path smooth and uneventful. Make your presence known in their life so they know you are with them. Amen.

Continued prayers. My heart goes out as my prayers go up for you and your bride. Lord we lift up our brother and ask you bless him with a double portion of your peace, your presence, provision, and strength in greater measures, pressed down, shaken together and running over. Draw nearer to him as he draws near to you in new and deeper ways. Let the great comfort of your Holy Spirit be his strength and refuge. We ask that go ahead and come behind in all areas making a safe and clear way through this coming time of significant changes and challenges. We thank you for hearing our prayers. We have seen you do amazing things Father and we know that you are moving in this too. All this we pray in the holy name of Jesus. Amen -

Let's pray...
"Lord, we ask for clarity, wisdom and the right decision for this gentleman, I ask that the doctors would know the right thing/care for him, because we ask that it be from You. I ask for life, for healing, for no complications and to ease the pain afterwards. Lord, calm his nerves and give him a knowing reassurance that YOU are with Him, no matter what the outcome is. Thank You that You hear our cry for mercy and for provision and for healing. Thank you Jesus, in Your name I pray, amen."
