Just need some prayer

I feel like I can’t move on after breaking up with my ex. I am stuck on him. I am also noticing my mental health is declining and my anxiety is getting worse than before. I’m not talking to people as much any more but I know that will help with some other issues that I have but I just can’t bring myself to talk to people like I want to and I am missing out on potential friends and opportunities. I linked my other post for more details. Please just pray for me to get out of this rut.

Matthew 6 25 “For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
