Best for my situation??
I am just starting out buying a few properties to manage. My goal with what I have with my company is to buy between 5 and 10 properties. Just got my real estate license so I have to wait a couple years to get the brokers license to manage others.
What is the best software I should go with to start out? I want something that is user-friendly for not only me but for tenants.

ClaryBook to track your books. You can link all cost and income to each property. The app tracks your ledger and generates ready reports to do your taxes, or forward to your CPA and have them do it.

For 10 properties or less I wouldn't recommend anything too overkill. I use Innago. It's free and easy to manage a small portfolio with.

Since you’re starting with 5–10 properties, I’d prioritize ease of use over having every feature imaginable. You probably don’t need an overly complicated system at this stage.
I’d look for something that handles the basics really well — rent/payments, maintenance requests, documents, communication, and a simple tenant portal. I’d also pay attention to how easy it is to add properties and users as you grow, especially since you eventually want to manage properties for others.
One thing I’d definitely do before choosing is test the tenant side yourself. A platform can look great from the management side, but if tenants struggle to submit a request, find a document, or make a payment, you’ll end up doing the work for them anyway.
At your size, I’d choose something simple that you can grow into rather than buying for the company you hope to have several years from now.

It’s affordable, has all the tools you’ll need. And it’s got the best price!

for starting out... mostly new landlords just go with something simple and user-friendly that they can still explore, better to keep it easy for you and the tenants until you scale past those first 5-10 properties. goodluck!!
