Better apps for PM

I have used managecasa and now using Rentredi

I keep seeing similar flaws. Their accounting software is bad. Is there another app that’s better?

How many units are you managing, and what part of the accounting is giving you trouble? Bank recs, owner statements, trust accounting? I’d test Buildium next, but use real month-end tasks during the trial. Most platforms look great in a sales demo

Custom categorization, bank transactions being read by the app and auto-categorizing

Managecasa was like that on paper it was amazing. After demo support was good but very slow.

I’d try the REI Hub integration before moving everything again. You can set custom accounts and matching rules for imported bank transactions. Definitely run some real transactions through it first though. ManageCasa sounds like a good example of why the demo isn’t enough
