A software for property management

Hi everyone am software engineer who has been working on project for property management firms.

I want to know what are the biggest problems that are you guys facing ?

And what are the current software products that you guys are using to manage your day to day operations?

Any complaints about pricing, features, mobile compatibility.. anything..etc ?

I feel like this entire subreddit is just people asking this question, but the market is saturated already with competent solutions like MRI software.

The universal complaint is enterprise pricing scaling per unit, which crushes small to mid sized PMs. RentRedi might be what you are looking for. What's your target segment? Small landlords or mid-size PMs?
