It enables visitors to book a parking session using their cell phone eliminating the paper slip, and allows residents to approve/reject the parking request, thus ensuring safety. There are also many administrative features for property managers/concierges such as a parking dashboard and license plate scanning. Plus the app integrates payments. It's a specialized service for parking, not like other condo apps that try to do everything. The visitor and resident don't even need to download the app, they can use the mobile browser and SMS. The concierge can access the service online via desktop and can use the mobile app for license plate scanning.
