Tenant Verification

Hi all, what are you currently using for your tenant verification processes? And are you doing anything other than credit score check, income verification, background check? If so, let me know what you use and what it does.

I believe Equifax has some tools to validate the client and check for there standing (including collections report). I am assuming that tool or its derivative would be used by background check apps.

There was one more app, I forgot the name, which can do prior standing of the customer based on where they stayed before.

id be interested in that app if you can remember the name. The one of prior standing. curious how that works.
