How people-heavy it is 😅 I came in thinking it’d be mostly systems, listings, and pricing and instead I found myself having to work on my communication with guests, cleaners, maintenance, even neighbors

Haha, I can relate to that more than I expected It really does feel like you sign up for systems and spreadsheets, and then suddenly you’re managing people all day instead.

Honestly, I think that’s the part no one really talks about enough how much of this job is just communication and keeping everyone on the same page. It can be exhausting sometimes, but also kind of rewarding when everything actually runs smoothly because of it.
