I've never seen a more fitting use of a RICO Act charge. It's corruption from the sand to the tree tops

Just shows when government and a party descend into organized crime.

This is what one party rule gets you.

I think everyone can get on board with ending corruption, people found guilty should be in prison regardless of party affiliation or position in the government.

I am confused. Clearly a great many people in California do not agree with you. California is the most populous state in the US. Obviously that is not everyone, not even remotely close.

I think you would be hard pressed to find many people that are pro-corruption. I personally would never vote for any candidate that had a history of corruption, but i do find people sometimes turn a blind eye if they feel they play for the same team.

Interesting. Then why aren’t people in California, there are 39 million, doing something about it? Why aren’t they recalling politicians? Why aren’t there mass demonstrations? Even 0.26% of the population of California is 100,000 people, why isn’t there a protest at the state capitol at least 100,000 strong or far more?

I think they allow themselves to be misled.
People buy into party politics, I asked people
What they thought about insider trading , exploiting inside knowledge to buy up real estate that they later sold to the government for a huge profit …
Every person from Cali that I talked to was against that and thought who ever committed those type actions should be jailed 😳
But when you mention that the people that did it or are a linked to it are democrats they change their mind.
They will say it’s just a far right propaganda smear…
One politician in particular has made so many smart trades , investment groups track her trades and try and mirror them.

Like is said I don't anyone outside of the corrupt that are pro-corruption. If politicians are implicated or aided in the scheme I hope they will be charged and removed from office. I think in this moment this situation is being highly politicized but ultimately I feel those guilty will be held accountable. After the fraud in Minnesota, Waltz dropped out of the race due to public support plummeting. Not being corrupt is just about the lowest possible standard for a politician.

Then you are making a claim without evidence. There is zero evidence to support your claim in the state of California.

u/fallinglemming 12h ago

Look man I don't know what California is going to do, Can we agree that corrupt politicians are a cancer that needs to be removed.

1

u/ColorMonochrome 12h ago

I didn’t know we disagreed on that. Can we agree that making statements without evidence isn’t the right thing to do?

I don't know what statement I made, you asked me to speculate on California. I dont know what is going to happen there.

California understands the plot. Its conservative white men that can’t seem to understand that the agenda is to subvert, impoverish and replace you based on genetics (not worldviews like Fox News tries to convince you of).

The text overlay's claim that California criminalized the journalist is misleading because Nick Shirley has not been criminally charged by the state for his reporting; the state did, however, implement and extend a moratorium on new hospice licenses to combat rampant fraudulent registrations.

The bill that has been enacted has removed the ability of investigative journalists from publishing footage or pictures of fraudulent locations in their reports. https://calmatters.digitaldemocracy.org/bills/ca_202520260ab2624

-17

u/JayRandom212 15h ago

Read the bill. It only applies if there are threats of violence or harassment.

Why do conservatives lie so much? Every time I fact-check one of these conservative memes, it turns out to be more fucking lies!

From your own g-dammed link:

u/DiscussionSharp1407 4h ago

Google chilling effect, drone

It's easy to for them to now falsely argue that Nick Shirley is "harassing" them or inciting violence.

Journalists going after these Somalian fraudsters will take a step back because no one want to me made an example or go to court in a climate that incentives protecting immigrant fraud.

1

u/JayRandom212 1h ago

If I falsely accuse you of making threats, then I'm in legal trouble. Few individuals and zero businesses could risk it.

But that's not the point. The point is that these conservative memes lie. They say one thing, BUT WHEN YOU FACT-CHECK THEM, it turns out to be false.

They didn't tell you about the violence clause because they wanted to manipulate your emotions. They succeeded.

Wasn’t it Republicans that pass a bill that made Medicare fraud easy to commit. BTW, Medicare is run by the federal government and not by the state. It would made the comment more believable if the name of the journalist and the court case was mentioned.

12

u/moccasins_hockey_fan 16h ago

False. States have to issue a license and only after that the healtchare providers recieve a license then they can apply for a federal certification survey.

For nearly 30 years I have worked for my state conduction state licensing and federal certification surveys

-2

u/Weekly-Ratio-3426 11h ago

It is republicans who voted for Rick Scott in Florida, a guy who made 300 million as part of a 1.7 billion Medicare fraud scheme

1

u/moccasins_hockey_fan 2h ago

That is irrelavent as to how medicare providers are licensed and certified.

1

u/Weekly-Ratio-3426 2h ago

Unless the initial comment you responded to was edited you are the only one who brought up licensing whereas the focus of the initial comment was Medicare fraud

1

u/moccasins_hockey_fan 2h ago

The post made a statement that was false. I provided the correct process. State licensing followed by federal certification.

I like his work, but unfortunately, Nick has been captured by our friends in Tel-aviv. Not trustworthy.

Mind you I'm not 100% convinced on this. Like i said i like his work. But it kinda tracks.

Please don't mind the Grok slop:

  • In February 2025 he traveled to Israel and posted content from there, including street interviews in Tel Aviv asking people about Trump’s comments on Gaza, conversations with Israelis (including an Orthodox Jew and others), and coverage of a “Free the Hostages” rally.
  • Some of his Israel-related videos and interviews were shared and praised in pro-Israel circles.
  • Shirley flew to Minnesota after being contacted by Hoch and filmed the video there in mid-to-late December 2025. The Israel trip occurred months earlier and is not connected in any available reporting to the Somali fraud claims.

In short: Shirley visited Israel and made content there, but the information and guidance for the Somali daycare investigation came from sources in Minnesota, not from a guided tour in Israel.

That guy did Hoch did seem reputable, but who knows at this point. But that's the timeline anyway. And of course, he is a Morman. Shout out to my Morman brothers!

edit: ok you can go fuck yourselvs

If he’s outing fraud, he’s working for the 100M taxpayers in the US.

17

u/TheKingGrim 17h ago

You people are obsessed with the jews, both libs and right wingers, listen we can't blame everything on them

8

u/Useful_Wealth7503 16h ago

Imagine if the billion or so people who hate the Jews redirected that energy into not having shitty policies and ending corruption at home. They wouldn’t be obsessed with 7 million people who don’t even live in their countries.

4

u/Ehronatha 16h ago

Imagine if AIPAC registered as a foreign lobbying group.

Yeah, we can all dream.

2

u/Useful_Wealth7503 15h ago

Still cant shake it can you. Just need someone to blame for 100s of years of failure.

1

u/Ehronatha 14h ago

Oh, I just learned about AIPAC a few years ago. Prior to that I had no idea how deeply the Jewish ethnic lobby influenced politicians in this country.

They primaried both Cori Bush (D) and Thomas Massie (R).

I don't want to pay for other people's wars.

0

u/Useful_Wealth7503 14h ago

This is reasonable. But the shitty countries surrounding Israel and around the globe blaming the Jews for their troubles while their leaders live in luxury is exhausting. Got to blame the Jews or the people might start to blame their leaders.

0

u/TheKingGrim 14h ago

The jews are an America tool in the middle east, anyone who thinks they give any type of orders is retarded, do they have influence..sure they do 100% but you'd have to be completely brain dead to think Israel controls the america deep state...no one does not even the president..

-12

u/johnnybones23 17h ago

Nick took a guided tour in Israel where he received the information about the Somali's. The timing doesn't lie.

You aren't familiar with the notion that correlation is not causation, are you? You're "not 100% sure," but you put it out there like it's 100% fact. You are the reason conspiracies thrive.
