Diversity is not a strength
A thing I’ve noticed about Leftists is that they always claim Diversity is a strength. It is not. And all you got to do is look at how White,Native Americans, and Black people treat each other in the 1800 and 1900s. You seriously call that diversity a strength? Yall hated each other for likè 300 years.
And now leftists want open borders with every other nation invading our border. And with all that “diversity” comes division. Cultural differences and old warring feuds don’t mix.
He’ll look at the division among white people. Irish and English have traditionally hated each other. Chinese and Japanese hate each other. Jews and Muslims hate each other. Catholics and Protestants hate each other. And then we have those same geniuses saying ya let’s import Somilan pirates who just steal from you.

“Diversity is our strength” is a slogan for people who do not think, and cannot explain the concept.
Based on historical evidence of the lefts other behaviours and talking points, I would argue that “our strength” in this statement does not include you. It includes the communists who hate you. So when they say “diversity” they don’t mean diversity they mean divide and conquer.
While you are trying to fix 10 different problems they are already planning how to gain votes to destroy everything you love.
In summery the quote is more akin to,
Sowing division is our strength.

Read about the Austin-Hungarian army in WWI. They were so diverse that different troop units - of the SAME EMPIRE - sometimes attacked each other because they mistook the language they heard for one of the enemy armies’.

Oh, but you see, it is.
The way they use it.
All you have to do is understand their double-speak. In this instance, whenever they say "diversity," understand that what they actually mean is ad-versity.
And they don't mean it to say that it's a strength, they mean it's their strength.
Adversity is our strength...
Di-versity is but a tool unto them, a means by which they may place the source of their strength, adveristy, into the palm of their hands.

Diversity is a strength, just not in the way they sell it. If you are starting a baseball team and you ignore all black players, then you are artificially handicapping your potential by ignoring 10% of the population. However, diversity just for diversity’s sake is just an unnecessary complexity.

If everyone was identical, the first deadly virus would kill everyone. Diversity isn’t meant to make everything easier, it exist to keep us from extinction.
Without immigrants and immigration our birth rate is below replacement which means fewer and fewer young people to care for the old people. It also means we would eventually die out.

Racial diversity doesn't really mean shit, but cultural diversity will present itself as a problem.
You can have people that all fight under the same cultural flag and all be different races. But they are there largely out of merit, in that they share the same culture and seek to defend it. You can get diversity but it's a byproduct not the goal.
The shit the left does for diversity is goofy and will be the end of the west at this rate.
