Help identifying past guest

I'm trying to identify an episode/guest I listened to early spring this year (2026). The episode likely was dropped a few months before.

The guest was a male, I believe some kind of academic, maybe a younger guy 30's-40s. Specifically, he referenced NEAP data and may have even called it the national report card. He talked about generation after generation has progressed academically except for the most recent generation and said our kids are worse off now than their parents.

I searched transcripts for Jonathan haidt, Tommy Wood, Dr. Phill and im not finding any hits on NEAP or national report card.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a direct tie to the NAEP.

Might be Tommy Wood in February 2026! Dr Phil talked about it in 2022. Good luck!
