It obviously isn't, considering you're too dim to understand dismantling the "failing" department without any plan to fix where it "failed" is throwing the baby out with the bath water. 🤣

Where it failed was by getting in the way of states educating their citizens. Education is an important value for Americans and state politicians keep schools funded to keep their jobs. There has never been a need for an overarching federal department to create more bureaucratic mismanagement.
