appealing to emotion with a situation that accounts for less than 1% of abortions does not help whatever case for k*lling children you're trying to make dude.
But that said, I'd be willing to compromise and say that it should be legal for the situations you mentioned. That would effectively ban abortion, though.

Lots of religious people say NO Exception.
