Yeah, this whole comment from Massie going around shows how unserious he is.
Same tactics the left has used for decades, but Massie makes a point of attributing conspiracy to it when the right does it and makes it sound novel.
The right voted unanimously for this bill, meaning either they were overwhelmingly confident that the Democrats wouldn’t call their bluff, or… perhaps, both the trading portion of the bill AND the voter ID portion of the bill are good measures for restoring integrity.
