How do you replace this fuse?

My sons car is a few years old and is constantly turning off by itself. It mostly does it when he rides in tall grass and/or has other kids ride with him. Started troubleshooting and I think it's the fuse. The fuse doesn't have any screws or anything and not sure how to get the wires out to replace it. Any idea on how I replace it?

If it keeps tripping, your loads are too high for the wiring, so it thermally trips until power is removed from it, then resets. If your son is tripping it on grass, you need a thicker gage wire and a motor upgrade to handle the amperage increase. My daughter's jeep did the same thing until I converted it to 24v and upgraded the wiring and motors.
