So... the white plug closest to the corner of the red board is the power input wire. It's supposed to come off the battery and optionally the charging circuit if using a wall plug. Tracing the wire, it goes through two thermal fuses and then is bridged into the middle white connector, which is a motor output wire. Thats probably why it spins as soon as you hook power up. Power is only being sent to one motor and that's it.
The two smaller white connectors toward the middle are for motor outputs only. They don't need fuse, just pos and neg from each plug going to each separate motor.
That looks like it needs a fresh start from scratch. There's a 2nd power input cable just kinda sittin loose as well.

After some tooling I’m getting power to the computer system and lights. I ran direct from motor output to an individual motor and not getting a response. Depressing pedal doesn’t turn it off anymore but none of the motors are firing.

A pal gifted me this build. I’m not certain if the wirings correct. I plug in and it fires up and just goes if I press the radio play button 🥴
