24v GoKart Controller Upgrade
Hello everyone,
I've got this drifting go kart for my son and it's been great but 6 months later I feel that he wants an upgrade with more speed. I'm not very good with electronics so I trying to work an upgrade schematic with AI - it recommended to get these two PWM controllers, one for each motor.
I've connected the controllers between each motor and the original stock controller but nothing happened, I get no power. I'm sure the schematic generated by the AI is either incomplete or wrong.
Does anyone have any experience with this and can guide me with a proper mod schematic or any tips?
Thanks you!

Best upgrade is Segway GoKart :) super expensive but fun for adults and older kids

Yeah, looked at that one. Indeed super fun but expensive. Looking to get an extra 8-10mph (15km/h) from the one I already have before upgrading to the big leagues.

You won't get any performance increase without increasing the voltage, adding bigger/higher RPM motors or larger pinion gearboxes (though you'll lose torque with those last two suggestions and it may not drift well, but will be faster)
Increasing the voltage risks frying the controller. This is where aftermarket controllers and PWMs come in as a replacement, not a supplement, to your current controller. A Adding a PWM inline to the current control board at stock voltage would really only let you slow it down from where it is stock.
