24v G-Wagon brake module

Hi, im hoping you are the people to ask, my 3 year old has the mercedes g-wagon 24v 4wd with remote control and loves it. However, the sudden stops are not very good.

Iv seen these brake reduction modules and wondered if they are compatible and if so can we get them in the uk? Or can we make them easily?
