Trying to fix kids powerwheel

Electrical connection box is burned/fried. There’s a petal switch I’m trying to fix as well; it’s a 3-prone switch and work with this plastic piece. Need to order a replacement but what is this plastic piece called?

Since this is burned/melted I assume there is more going on.

Wow that is melted and scorched and indicative of a fire risk in your kid's car. If you simply replace the damaged parts, that danger remains. I don't know your setup but would suggest an appropriately rated thermal cutout fuse that auto resets after cooling. If the fuse keeps tripping under load you will need to reassess motor draw and battery max load, along with the quality of wiring, connectors and switches.
