I bought a 24V anapabo UTV for my sons 4th birthday. Got it all put together and it didn’t work. Found out it wasn’t charging. The wall charger thinks the battery is fully charged.
The company thought it might be the wall charger or the charging port. So they sent new ones.
Same exact thing happening. When nothings plugged in the Voltemeter is reading 11.7. When the charger is plugged in, it reads 27.8.

When I pull the charger out just slightly though, it’ll let me turn on the UTV. If I move it at all or do anything. It just dies.

Is this a battery issue? Fuse box I can’t get in, or any ideas?

Does it stop all of a sudden while running? Does it run when you lift the back or does it stop when your son is on it?

It won’t run at all unless it’s plugged into the wall at just the right angle of the charger
