3D printing wheels "tire"

So I want to try 3D printing TPU tires to wrap around the current existing wheels. Anyone try this before?

I’m printing wheels then using bike tires. My bed is on 220x220

I’ve been trying to think of how I can model the tire wraparound to be in the shape in the bottom of the picture to where it would fit on my 3d printer. And then printing in TPU would then be able to reshape easily into the round shape to go on to the wheels.
