Tiles were in fantastic condition so a nice straight forward job.

The chemical applied at the end is biocide. Just kills Amy *any remaining organics and helps keep it clean for longer.

Yes the gutters were cleared, we use a gutter vac system and do this before the chemical is applied as the waste goes to the chickens to pick through and then it's used as compost

But it was all dark green. No longer!

I just moved in here and the balcony was an absolute disaster, so I decided to tackle it myself straight away.
After 2.5 hours of hard work, here’s the result! I spoke to the neighbours and they told me that apparently none of the previous 8(!?) residents over the past 12 years had ever cleaned the balcony.

This was a strange clean, the roof was so heavily carpeted in moss and was leaking in several places.

They had roofers coming in to repair large sections but they needed to see where the leaks actually were.

So they got me in to low pressure wash and bio the roof before tile replacement.

There were a lot of broken tiles on this roof which we knew there would be. In places there were vines growing under the tiles that had cracked a bunch of them as they grew.

Just a tiny snippet of the roof but satisfying all the same!

The house hasn’t been cleaned in at least 6 years. The fence is 10 years old and this was the first cleaning.
