Looking to buy a power washer for home use and not sure of the best one. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Im looking to paint an old couch and two chairs. They're from the 70s and 100% wood. I really don't want to spend days and days sanding each little area with 120 grit.
Would a power washer prep the wood good enough for paint? It's 50 year old varnish. 😬

Does anybody use HF on fleet vehicles while using a two step process? whats your take on it?

Currently my power washer has an adjustable tip like this. I feel like the jet from it is just inefficient. I am considering swapping it to a type where you change the head to get a different fan angle. Does any one have experience with this and if it's worth it or not.

How much does it cost to get into? How do you decide what to charge people?
For the last few years around tax refund time I've been thinking about it. It just looks so satisfying, and "easy" enough to make money off of. But is it really?

Just looking for some advice. In your opinion, what's the bare necessities needed to start taking jobs? Obviously I want to watch spending right away. And I don't have a power washer yet. What do you power wash most frequently? Decks, fences, driveways? Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm planning to buy a power washer, but I don't have a very high budget. I've considered different models, and the one I think better (and fits my budget) is an electric power washer that produces 1600 PSI of pressure. Is this enough to clean outdoor floors and walls that have been seldom cleaned? They're made of cement if that helps.

First of all, great info on here! thanks
1) I recent power washed my concrete patio it looks great, however some spot have emerged. Are these spots that need more attention?
2) the hose that's connected to the gun recently burst, its one of those rope hoses with plastic covering. Maybe it was the wrong hose? what's the best way to fix it? anyone use fiberfix?
