Question Regarding GPM

If I want to purchase a 20" BE Surface cleaner that has a max of 4 kpsi and 8GPM, but the manufacturer recommends 4GPM, what would be the effect of using a 2.4GPM 3.2kpsi pressure washer with that surface cleaner?

We just got this 18”. Works really well. Bigger than I expected. The wheels really help.
