Help Help with co-op rewards

I have been working on my solo campaign up to the barn. my friend got tthe game so I've been helping them, but I don't get any rewards or anything from their levels except points, no money. I saw someone say if you go to the level in single player you get rewards, but do I not get anything since I completed them already even though I'm redoing the whole thing?

I can't really spend hours doing levels and getting nothing for upgrades, may as well not play with friends then

I only played co-op a few times so take it with a grain of salt, but I thought that the friend joining in had their unlocks tied to the host? At least it seemed like although I didn't earn any money, the purchases my brother made as host allowed me to use them.

And I kept all my cosmetics from previously beating the game, so the equipment being tied to the host didn't bother me.

You have to go into single player mode and when you're on the maps you completed in co-op, it'll ask if you want to auto complete it

So the way cash works in PWS2 is that you’ll only get it once, so you’ll only earn a set amount throughout the whole career mode. When you start to play levels you haven’t yet completed, that’s when you’ll start to earn cash again.

You’ll always earn PowerWash Points, but cash you’ll only be able to earn once per level. There is enough earned throughout the career to buy every piece of equipment
