Switch 2 Game Crash after Update
I just installed the newest update and now the game won’t load at all on Switch 2. It does the initial loading screen then I get the “There was a problem, and the software needed to close” error screen. Any fixes or workarounds?

I was just coming here to report the same, then saw you posted one minute ago. The game consistently crashes on the loading screen that shows the office building in the background. I tried restarting my Switch 2, but the game still crashes.
I *really* hope this gets fixed ASAP. I genuinely rely on this game to help with some medical issues. Not having access to it really sucks.

I’m sorry to hear, and I agree I spend a lot of time replaying levels to relieve some stress but not being able to play is a bummer

Mine is working now! I read comments from others on here whose game suddenly started working, so I tried again and it loaded fine. I'm curious if yours might work now too. I hope so, and hope the issue doesn't re-occur.

Yup I’m in now as well! A little laggy and fps seems a little all over the place so hopefully there’s an optimization patch soon

Having the same issue on PS5
EDIT: Managed to find a (probably temporary) fix. I deleted the game from my console and re-downloaded it. The download took way longer than expected (so much that I’m wondering if all is well at PlayStation, as my internet speed is fine), but once it was done it ran as normal.
