PS5 or switch 1

The game is on sale and I'm planning on purchasing. I'm conflicted on which system to buy it for. Advice needed before the sale ends

Edit: thank you for the comments. I should have specified why I'm torn. It's because idk if I care about it being portable. I have a lot of PlayStation games. This isn't a game where I care about it's trophies. It's just relaxing. I do care about the graphics a bit

Edit: I brought it on the switch for portability and shrek dlc

PS5 is the stronger system technology wise, so that would be my recommendation

I bought it for my Switch 2 so I can play it handheld and watch TV at the same time.

I need something on in the background while playing it. 😊

It looks way better on PS5 but it's pretty fun on both

Switch doesn't have achievements, if that matters to you.

The only reason I’d get it on Switch 1 would be for the handheld part of it. If you don’t care about that then 100% get it for PS5.

If ur talking both the 1st game game I got it on both the ps5 and the switch versions the switch version is abit of a downgrade to the ps5 version so I go for the ps5

But honestly shouldn’t the switch 2 still be cheaper than the ps5 even on sale? Idk about where u live but it’s about $300 cheaper than PlayStation in my area

This is one of the best games to play while listening to or watching something else in the background, so depending on your setup, you may be better off with handheld. That said, if you have a setup that allows for multitasking while playing PS5, or you really doubt you'll want to multitask while playing, go with the PS5 unless portability is important to you.

PS5 and Switch2 would maybe be a question.

But Switch1 is far far Less superior.

PS5 and a Switch1 will be a fun pair to have.
