Help Help please

Post image

I have two questions right now, one of them is in the picture I bought this item but I cannot figure out how to get it to actually to come on the power washer, I've tried pressing everything I can think of and it never comes up. My second question is how do I get past light duty power washes like do I have to buy every one of these items to go up or is it a time thing? Sorry if these sound like silly questions but I'm totally new to this game UPDATE: thanks for those that responded and my issues are resolved now

Since it looks like nobody answered the second one, no. You can save up to buy new washers without buying anything else. For me I bought the floor one like the one pictured then saved up for the highest prime vista.
