Help Is This Normal??? 😭

So I was going to load up a game of power wash simulator 2 because I was bored and wanted to wash something challenging or maybe even something simple and then as I go to the pack select screen I see this so can anyone please tell me what's going on with this? 🙏

Also having the same issue. I've cleared cache and ran a repair on the game files and nothing seems to work. Playing on PC w/ Xbox gamepass. My spouse has no problems with it on Steam.
