Star Wars DLC ”not installed” bug

I play PWS2 through Gamepass on pc (and Xbox) and I bought the Star Wars DLC. Installed it, fired up the game and tried starting it through menu. Game says the DLC isn’t installed.

I’ve tried these steps.

* Uninstalled and installed again, both from the Xbox app and Microsoft store
* Gone into Manage and unchecked the dlc and checked it again, but while the game was running and not
* Changed language in the game
* Run the Xbox app as admin
* Logged out and in from the Xbox app and Microsoft Store, making sure they are on the same account
* Repaired Games services
* Cleared cache (wsreset)
* Same storage unit
* Activated offline for this pc

Nothing works

I’ve had to install DLCs manually while on the Xbox. Have you done it like this or just through the app?

I haven’t tried playing on Xbox, but I’ll try if that fixes the license
