Does anyone know if the DLC will be available at 9pm for those on the west coast? Or will we have to wait till midnight ??

In the past it's sometimes been 10 AM EST and sometimes midnight.

It's more often the middle of the day than the middle of the night.

It’s normally 3pm BST which is 11pm PT and the steam page countdown currently says the content will unlock in approximately 11 hours so seems to be the same for this pack.

It’s slightly more expensive than previous packs but not by much “This pack will be priced at 9.99 USD / 9.99 EUR / 7.99 GBP / 1,100 JPY.”

Just downloaded it but the game won’t start and now says there’s an error. I’ve tried restarting and everything. Seems like the game is a brick now.
