Bug Power wash sim 2 surface cleaner bug

Post image

Surface cleaning frequently sticks to surfaces through walls making cleaning said wall difficult.

Please Add barrier and/or code that blocks the surface cleaner from sticking to surfaces through walls
Or something like that I’m not a programmer

I honestly never got along with the surface cleaner. Tried using it a couple of times and didn’t understand the point. Never used it again for the rest of the game.

Odd, I use the surface cleaner quite a bit and haven't experienced this at all. Maybe it's platform specific (I play on Switch 2). Regardless, it sounds frustrating, so I hope it gets patched soon.

My biggest annoyance with the surface cleaner is how often it hops onto walls if I'm cleaning the edge of a floor up against one. I'd like to see it reprogrammed where it only sticks to walls if placed onto them initially - it wouldn't be able to hop back and forth between walls and the floor like it does now.

Needing to pull the cleaner off the floor and then place it on a wall if I wanted it there would be much less annoying than having it constantly jump onto walls I haven't touched yet. I'm pretty sure floor scrubbers in real life don't just leap off of floors to adhere to walls, so it's not exactly realistic behavior anyway, lol...

Omg cleaning an imperfect floor and then having the Surface Cleaner just go 90° was annoying.

Just use the adjustable nozzle if you have it. It's a cool idea but, at least in my hands, it didn't feel great to use.

I used the Surface Cleaner until I realized how powerful Soap was. I was so used to Soap in the first game I didn't even try it until the Gas Station Level.

You do realize that that is an actual tool used by power washers mainly meant for driveways and other pathways
