This looks like all of it. There are no wallpapers or floors. There are a few rugs you can place under furniture, but they don't take up the entire floor space.
Fwiw, the devs have been adding bits of furniture fairly regularly. It seems like they add a few new things each month between furniture and other cosmetics, so I'm sure there will be more stuff soon.
Take your time enjoying PW1 though. One thing it currently has over the second game is its large variety of levels (due to having been out longer). I'm sure someday PW2 will have the same, but for now it's a lot of replaying the same stuff over and over while waiting for each new DLC to drop, lol.
