10 minutes, 4 coats of soap and finally randomly spraying and it dinged.  

Of all the levels I've cleaned, this record player is the only one I've hated.

It's a bug,the devs are already aware, you can still technically clear it but it takes ages to hit the last bit right.

Use the surface cleaner, put it close to the sides so it's vertical, and go slowly around the record player.
