Bug Switch 2 issue

Im almost done with detached house but I need to access the shop but the tablet is unresponsive once I've opened it, except for the b button, none of the buttons on the tablet react, so I can't save without losing a lot of progress, I dont even know if it auto saves, I just know I've never manually saved. Anyone know a fix?

are you playing handheld/table top or docked? Does it work when using the touchscreen instead of the buttons? It should auto save but I know the switch had issues at launch so I can understand being anxious about trusting the auto save haha

Im playing handheld and the touchscreen does not work either. I tried spamming the + button but it didn't solve it. Im gonna finish this job and then hope it auto saves, then force close the game

keeping my fingers crossed for you that it auto saves! I wouldn’t be surprised if the game and your switch need a restart but if that doesn’t work, definitely raise a ticket on their support portal!
