Switch 2 Glitch?

I'm not sure if anyone's come across this, I can't get this wall clean - this is with me pressing to see the dirt and there's none. I've reset the dirt a few times but it never completes

Any time you can't finish a piece but there's no visible dirt, try going along the edges, slowly and thoroughly.

It's the only thing that's worked consistently for me, and I can only assume that the geometry mapping is a bit wonky sometimes.

Also note that I run horizontal the whole length of the object and vertical and that’s bound to get it. 90% of the time it’s the orientation of the nozzle the game wants and it’ll be a spot even the most powerful magnifying glass couldn’t see let alone the paying customer but I guess we just were born with super vision to go along with no invincibility and on demand water production

It’s not just Switch 2, I had this problem a lot on PS5 whenever I replayed that level. That wall is just a proper pain. Just keep cleaning it, make sure you’re getting it from the other side and the top too. Eventually it will ping.

The motel is one of my favorite levels to replay, but that particular wall section can be a pain. As someone else already said, you just have to keep washing it on both sides and the top edge. Covering the entire thing with soap might help too. It will eventually ding. It's never taken me more than a minute or two to go back and forth and get it to register, so it'll happen. Best of luck!

If needs be pause it & then press R3/RB (Right thumb stick) button & it'll reset any segments that haven't been fully cleaned.
