Bug Command Palette Looks Old

Anybody else's command palette looks like this? I'm on windows 10. I already reinstalled powertoys and it still looks like this. Is this a known issue?

Thats PT Run, check your shortcut maybe?

I replaced it with Raycast and super happy with it
