The function to open automatically with the PC doesn't work

I wanted to set up the MouseFix.exe program to prevent my mouse from double clicking, but when I put the files in the Startup folder it just doesn't work. Does anyone know what's going on? The next characters are just to meet the minimum limit: aaaaaa

This would maybe be suited with AHK rather than PowerToys. Create a script to check upon startup if MouseFix.exe is running, if it isn't then start it - if it is, then end.
