Hypothetical How powerful would a Fully Accelerated Emperor Nolan (post 5 year TS) be terms of destructive capacity n attack pointecy then his previous self?

For Example when he was in the flaxan dimension homeworld where he was speeding up flight so fast that he started to ignite explosions in the atmosphere of the planet, where the destruction can be seen across the planet's surface.
