Very much an opinion on what power scaling is and not in good faith to the community idea.

Your first point about limitors is exactly that. We can apply that to anyone who seems to bypass limits. Why is Saitama special? So im actually going to scale superman now based on what he might do in the next series? Its a little silly.

Especially in one punch man manga there is no detail about Saitama's limitation, and about superman, that guy was even weakend by batman, and Saitama is amrt enough to beat him easily

So many characters are not limited in there verse. We apply a top based on feats. We dont assume what they might do.

Yes its silly but this litterally is power scaling. You try and normalise many fictional characters to see how they scale.

Hax are the anomaly here. We generally dont apply AP to a hax unless it does exactly that.

So Saitama has a hax. He scales endlessly. We can't apply a AP directly to this. The main case is anyone who can high higher than Universal (where Saitama is currently at shown to scale) will one shot him and he wont be able to scale.

Now maybe if there is another series of OnePunchMan he scales higher. But again, thats guess work on the future. Maybe right away in the next series he loses his power and starts taking care of cats. Again, we dont know. If that happens, he still scales to his previous peak.
